We regret to inform you that there are no longer spaces available in the Traders’ Concourse for 2010.
We received an overwhelming response from artisans, crafters, clothiers, booksellers and merchants across the Steampunk spectrum. If you were not able to participate as a vendor this year, and would like to be considered for the 2011 Exhibition, please do email us: vendors@steampunkexhibition.com
VENDOR GUIDELINES: Your booth does not have to be 100% Steampunk… related items and genres are acceptible, so long as the overall look and feel of the booth strives to meet our theme. We do ask that our vendors and booth attendants make an attempt to dress in Steampunk or Victorian attire as much as possible. Last year’s Vendor Hall was an amazing success! We hope you’ll join us this year to make the Nova Albion Steampunk Exhibition bigger, bolder and brassier than ever!
VENDOR SPACES: Each Vendor Space includes a 6′ wide x 3′ deep table, with room behind it for dealers to sit or stand as they wish. Chairs are provided. Both table and chairs can be removed, to provide you with an open space (please make arrangements for this in advance). Vendors with two spaces will have two tables end-to-end; so 12′ wide x 3′ deep. Electrical outlets will be available – please bring your own surge protectors and/or extension cords. There is wireless internet access throughout the hotel.

SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN: Vendor set-up is on Friday March 12th from 11:00am until 3:00pm. Tear down time is Sunday March 14th from 5:30 – 8:30pm. The building must be vacated by 9:00pm. Please bring power strips and tools as needed; we will have only a limited supply on hand at the hotel.
VENDOR HOURS will be approximately as follows: (not yet confirmed & approx. open from one hour prior, to one hour after Programming)
- Fri 3/12 Set-up 11:00 am-3:00 pm. Open Hours: 3:00 pm-8:00 pm. Closing prep to 9:00.
- Sat 3/13 Set-up 8:30 am-9:00 am. Open Hours: 9:00 am-7:00 pm. Closing prep to 8:00.
- Sun 3/14 Set-up 8:30 am-9:00 am. Open Hours: 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Must be loaded out before 9:00.
DISCLAIMER (a note from our solicitors): Vendors are responsible for the contents of their booth or area during the Traders’ Concourse open hours. The room will be locked one hour after vendor hours are over, to give you time to close your booth and put away or cover merchandise. While we will have Event Security on staff, the Nova Albion Steampunk Exhibition cannot guarantee vendors against loss or damage of any kind and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the vendor’s employees, volunteers, or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during, or after the convention.
PARTICIPANT PASSES: Each paid vendor will be given two complimentary all-weekend passes to the Exhibition. If you need additional tickets for booth staff, you can purchase additional Participant Passes, using the link provided below. Please be sure to put your booth/vendor name and the name of each participant you are buying a ticket for in the shipping details section of the order, so that we know who the passes are for!

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation window is now closed. If you are unable to make the event, please contact us as soon as possible. Unless we are able to replace you with another vendor, we will not be able to return your vendor fees.
