How do I get a room on the party floor?
Make a normal reservation then send an email to: skittles@steampunkexhibition.com to have your room moved to the party floor (12th floor). Please include the theme if you have one, and which night(s) you will be hosting your party. There are still rooms on the party floor available – first come, first served. Please note: any non-authorized parties on other floors WILL necessarily be shut down by event security.
Can I get there on public transit?
Yes; There is a local shuttle bus, called the Emery-go-Round, that stops at the MacArthur BART station and drops you off in front of the hotel. The shuttle to take is: Mon-Fri 7am-7pm “Watergate Express”; Mon-Fri before & after hours “Powell”; Sat & Sun “City Shopper”.
Is there a shuttle from the airport?
The hotel courtesy shuttle does not do airport runs. The least expensive way to get here from OAK or SFO is to take BART to the MacArthur station, and catch the Emery-Go-Round from there or call the hotel to request their shuttle for a BART pick-up.
